What is a low completion rate (LCR)?
Updated
If you're commencing study from 2022 onwards you must maintain a satisfactory completion rate of at least 50% of courses attempted. Students will be assessed as having a Low Completion Rate (LCR) if they have not successfully completed 50% or more of the courses they have attempted under their current program.

Important: courses withdrawn after the census date without academic penalty are considered ‘not successfully completed’ and will be included in calculations for assessing the 50% completion rate requirement. Courses with an incomplete grade are still in progress and are not included in the completion rate calculations.

Having a Low Completion Rate may impact your Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) eligibilty in your current program. You can find more infomation here.
