How do I request a manual enrolment?

If you have completed the checks in our ​What do I do if I have problems enrolling FAQ​ and still can't enrol yourself, you will need to complete the Manual Enrolment Online Request form.

You can access the Manual Enrolment Online Request form at this link or via your Student Centre:

  1. Log into UConnect
  2. Student Centre
  3. Online Requests tile
  4. Add a New Request
  5. Manual Enrolment option
  6. New Request

Please note: the form will take a moment to load and it is preferable that you use Google Chrome.

Once loaded, answer the first question Have you tried to enrol yourself? > Yes/No, then click Next and follow the prompts.

Be sure to provide specific detail about the course(s) you are requesting enrolment for by including:

  1. the study period
  2. mode of study, (eg. online, external or on campus)
  3. if on campus, which campus
  4. attach a screenshot of any error messages you receive, as well as any prior approvals you have to be enrolled into the subject (if relevant)
Once submitted you will receive an incident number for your records.

Requests for enrolment are not automatic and do require staff to manually enrol you. Your enrolment request will be assessed for your eligibility to enrol in the course(s) you have requested, and once your request has been processed you will be advised of the outcome via UMail.
